Sugar Cove Trail
An internal trail through a beautiful cove
Description:
To reach Sugar Cove Trail (and have the easiest time hiking it), hikers should travel 0.4 mile on East Cowpen Trail and 2.1 miles on Rough Ridge Trail (total 2.5 miles).
The views in Sugar Cove are, however, well worth the extra effort to get there. The trail through the cove ends when it runs into Jacks River Trail; turning right will lead you to Dally Gap (3.9 miles away).
