Honey Creek Loop

Hiking trail through Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area

Description:

The fairly difficult trail explores the bluffs along Big South Fork River, as well as an area with large boulders, waterfalls, and rock houses. About halfway along the trail, hikers have a choice between climbing a set of ladders that tour the top of Hideout Falls and Honey Creek Overlook before returning to the regular trail or continuing ahead to the Inner Loop, which passes the bottom of Hideout Falls.
