Laurel Snow Trail
Hiking trail through the Pocket Wilderness
Description:
The trail makes sort of a T shape. The long stem runs from the trailhead at the end of Pocket Wilderness Road and amounts to a hike along the beautiful and popular Richland Creek. The junction is right after the crossing of Laurel Creek. From here it’s about a mile to the Laurel Falls area (to the right) and around two and a half miles to Snow Falls (to the left). It is recommended to hike each on a separate day trip, as there is much to see on both sides. With both sides and the hike to and from the fork, the trail measures 10.5 miles round trip.
